As a Dallas maritime lawyer and Dallas boating accident lawyer, I am aware of how a fun outing on the water can turn into a nightmare. On September 12, 2010, eleven people, including eight children, were taken to the hospital after two boats crashed into each other near the Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge, which is north of Dallas. The boating accident happened at about noon when one of the boats "T-boned" the other. The boating accident involved two boats which were rented by the same group of people from a local boat rental company.
